The hosts were extremely nice, made sure everything was clean for when we arrived, and even left us some tasty donuts on the kitchen table! „First of all, this place is just gorgeous. The decor, cleanliness and cozy feel can't be beat. Yes, the lack of running water is challenging, but I had a warm shower each day and even managed to shave. Cooking, washing and showering just took longer. I wasn't in a rush. My only complaint is the incinerator toilet. I think my bladder is just too large, so caution there. Otherwise, it worked well. The communication was rapid and effective. I'd stay here again for sure!“

„Spectacular stay here at this Lake George VRBO property. The accommodation suited our needs as we are an extended family of 19 from various parts of the country. We sought a location with a minimum of 8 bedrooms on the water and this property did not disappoint. In addition, we rented the boat for the week.A few minor issues with the premises, hopefully the owners will correct, mainly the lighting and handrails leading to/from each house are not very well maintained. „This was a wonderful property for a large gathering. It is secluded and rustic. Good Wi-Fi connection and most everything you would need. We played badminton, large connect four, pool, basketball and enjoyed the backyard fire pit. We did some boating on the lake and some whitewater rafting. Beds were comfortable. Note that most beds are twin size. There’s a grocery store in town which was convenient. Plenty of room in the house to find alone time. “

„Brown’s Beach home worked well for our family of 11. It was very clean & had all new appliances. We loved that each bedroom on 1st level had its own separate bathroom. Driveway is a bit challenging Lorraine was very attentive to anything we needed & her staff was very nice. Schroon Lake water is so clear! Beautiful area!“
