„The house was adorable and clean, and the host was responsive and kind. Kitchen had everything we needed. My only caution would be that this house is definitely more for families/groups who won’t be spending a lot of time indoors. While there were plenty of comfy sleeping spaces, there wasn’t adequate seating for 6 of us to comfortably watch a movie in the evening. Besides that…a really great stay!“

The cabin itself was equipped with everything that we needed and was in a GREAT location to Lake George, West mountain and the surrounding area. It had plenty of space for our family of 3 and could have accommodated more! We had an amazing dinner at the Log Jam and enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake right out the front window. It was a cold weekend and yet we felt warm and cozy in this cabin. We would not hesitate to return ...

„First of all, this place is just gorgeous. The decor, cleanliness and cozy feel can't be beat. Yes, the lack of running water is challenging, but I had a warm shower each day and even managed to shave. Cooking, washing and showering just took longer. I wasn't in a rush. My only complaint is the incinerator toilet. I think my bladder is just too large, so caution there. Otherwise, it worked well. The communication was rapid and effective. I'd stay here again for sure!“

"Empfang: okay - keine Hilfe mit Gepäck, wagen schiebt man alleine hoch, Türen sind, wenn man das alleine tut nicht sehr vorteilhaft. Reinigung: lässt zu Wünschen übrig (Popcorn und Co unter dem Sofa, Haare im Badezimmer,…) und auch während Aufenthalt wurde lediglich das Bett gemacht und Tücher gewechselt… mit Kleinkind sehr enttäuschend Essen: Essen im Restaurant war gut aber viel zu teuer… Lärm: nebst der sehr lauten Klimaanlage kan auch ein enormes Geräusch (Brummen) von draussen in den Raum… Das Städtchen selbst ist aber einen Tagesaufenthalt wert "
