I am not sure why others have made comments in their review about the cabin needing improvements. I disagree. It’s a cabin in the mountains. „Awesome weekend getaway in the heart of the mountains!“

„This was mine and my fiance's 2nd time here . We also came in July of 2023 for 4 nights. This year we did 9 nights and it was nice to see the aspens. Kyle was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. We did get to see a few Elk Deer and Turkeys that came right up to the front patio a few times. Reception on phones are slim but we were able to get text. Everything was very clean and organized.“

„We loved staying at this property! When we drove up, we were in awe of the scenery. You can look right off the back deck onto a spectacular scenery of mountains! It was breathtaking. „A gem of a home in an amazing location. Cindy was a perfect host, tons of communication. The cabin was spotless, private hot tub under the stars was just what we needed after hiking. Really comfortable bed, an abundance of towels, a welcome bottle of wine, everything you need to relax. Bird watching from the deck and kitchen window a bonus! 10/10 recommend. “

„This was a great secluded location, yet close enough to Woodland Park to get pizza delivery. The view from the deck and living room windows is an unobstructed view of Pikes Peak and the surrounding mountains. The cabin is just as described. The kitchen is a very nice size, but we didn't go there to cook, so we used it very little. “

„We had an absolute blast staying in Ron and Sue's cabin -- they were most helpful with the check-in and other tips.The location itself is just terrific: so peaceful, quiet, lovely view of Pike's peak.The cabin was most wonderful -- airy, bright, stocked with games and stuff for the kids, and just an ideal place to disconnect and recharge. "Das Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen; es war nett, in der "Casino-Reihe" zu übernachten. Die Angestellten waren freundlich. Vom Casino-Betrieb hat man im Zimmer nichts mitbekommen. Ein großes Plus, dass man für das Frühstück einen großzügigen Gutschein für das angeschlossene Restaurant bekommt, wo man aus der Frühstücks-Karte auswählen kann und serviert bekommt. Man muss dazu allerdings die Players Memberschaft haben, für die man beim Check-in automatisch eingetragen wird und die Karte bekommt, die man im Spielautomaten aktivieren muss. Für uns kein Problem - andere Hotelgäste mögen das evtl. nicht so gerne. Im selben Restaurant haben wir auch zu Abend gegessen, und bekamen auch dafür einen großzügigen Rabatt: beim ersten Dinner als Hotelgäste hatten wir das 2. Essen gratis. Also alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit einigen Goodies - wenn man sich nicht an der Kombi von Casino und Hotel stört."
