„Excellent location, a beautiful setting with great amenities and access to everything Incline Village and Lake Tahoe has to offer. To pick one fault however, it was the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and properties. Upon arrival, we found food crumbs and popcorn on the bedroom floor. We had a 6 night stay and did not receive housekeeping one time - we had to visit the front desk to request additional toilet paper and fresh towels (family of 5). „The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking.“

„The apartment was nice, modern, and very clean, with new appliances and a comfortable bed. Overall, it felt well-maintained and offered good value for the location.
