„The property was beautiful inside and out. Lots of spaces for gathering. Made good use of the kayaks and paddle boards. The lake is so calm and serene. The kitchen works well for a crowd, but could be better stocked and organized. Our family had the best time and would definitely go back!“

„My two young sons and I had a very nice visit to The Boathouse. The lake is well used but not busy and the water is calm. We spent our time on the kayaks, fishing from the dock, and on land with a fire to warm up the cool summer evenings. The Boathouse is well-kept, comfortable, and charming and the hosts are delightful and generous. The drive into the twin cities is very easy. I would definitely recommend. “

I will say we had to take some extra measures for our two year old to be as least destructive as possible, but then again, is there really any space safe from a chaotic two year old?
