„When we arrived there was pipe leaking in the ceiling and no heat or hot water. Though they sent maintenance out to fix it and left space 2 heaters (for 4 bedrooms), we had to have various members of our party sleep elsewhere to have heat and hot water. My husband and I stayed as the maintenance was coming back at 8am, which they did and they tried to find the problem but were not able.
