We took notes. ;) The backyard was our playground- we used it all, but the kayaks totally stole the show. The bunk room is an absolute must- have for our crew of kids. The lake is so peaceful and easy to enjoy. We’re honestly trying to figure out to convince you to sell it us, because we didn’t want to leave! „We stayed at Agave House for a quick moms getaway. It is beautifully decorated and has so many thoughtful touches. The beds are very comfortable with good bedding. Cozy tv and conversation area and a beautiful view of the live oaks, cardinals and squirrels. Owner provided excellent communication & plenty of info for the house & area. Highly recommend! “

„We had a great time during our stay! We were in town for our friend’s graduation and we were about 30-40 minutes away from the Tarleton campus. We enjoyed the hot tub and having the lake behind us was a great plus. The house was very clean and Sam helped us every time we had any questions.“

„This place was awesome! From the moment we walked in the front door, the house was clean, light and bright and inviting. There was soft music playing from the TV that made it feel like we were walking into a quiet and serene spa environment. The house was very open and accommodated our full house of 4 adults and 7 kids perfectly. The table was big enough for all of us to sit together and enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinners.
