„We loved this place. The views are incredible. The owner was in touch and made sure that everything ran smoothly with the caretaker. All the rooms on the top floor open onto a beautiful deck that looks out at the volcano. Santa Cruz is a very small village on the side of the mountain, but no problem if you don't want to walk up, you can go to the lake and walk along the shore to the tuktuks and the pier for water taxis. „We went to Guatemala with our family of 3 young children (9, 5, 2), my mother, and my sister and her husband. This place was absolutely perfect. We could easily walk to town to explore and take lanchas (boats) to the other towns around the lake. Walking to town was a 10 minute uphill climb but very doable, or hire a tuk tuk!There is always one staff member staying on the property and they were SO helpful. „Really enjoyed my one night at this beautiful little lake "cabin". Paula, the manager, was especially helpful with everything and communicated promptly with me when I had any questions, even outside normal business hours. Thank you Paula! It is accessed via a private dock and is tricky to access after normal lancha run-times from San Marcos, so plan accordingly and buy your supplies beforehand. „Brieuc and Kitara were amazing hosts and were attentive to all our needs. The property was extremely clean and the views were stunning and peaceful. I especially appreciate that there was an espresso machine, coffee maker, and even fresh coffee left for us. "Wir waren 3 Tage im El jardin de Granada. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Hotel ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt um die schöne Stadt Granada zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Hotel ist eine wunderschöne Wohlfühloase. Das Personal angefangen bei der Chefin sehr umsichtig, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Wir waren in vielen Hotels der Welt. Dieses Hotel zählt zu den absolut besten. Wenn in Granada dann nur im Jardin de Granada. Danke für die vielen Tips rund um Ausflugsmöglichkeiten um Granada,und das auch noch in deutscher Sprache."
