„The ONLY thing would be lined curtains in bedroom. Appreciate the security lights outside but it looked like the sun was beaming in all night long. Otherwise, excellent; have already recommended to others who visit Topeka, and will stay here on our next visit!“

„This was a last minute booking after other plans fell through. We were very comfortable for the one night we were there. The place was clean, with some thoughtful touches such as snacks and Netflix. There was a slight smoke odor, which we quickly got used to and it didn't bother us, but some people might be more sensitive. The location was convenient as well. „Lovely little apartment, very clean and with everything I needed to rest during a hot summer road trip. So grateful to walk into the place to find the AC on, fans pumping, and cold water in the fridge! Parking lot on the north side of the building was also great, I could park close to the front door and in the shade. I slept like a baby.“

„Megan is a pleasure to deal with. She’s prompt and thoughtful. It’s easy to tell she cares about her properties and the comfort of her guests. No detail is too small.“

„This place was amazing! It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 boys ages 16 and 11). The hosts went above and beyond in creating a comfortable environment. My boys were disappointed to leave. And the host was super supportive in helping me retrieve an item I accidentally left behind. This was a fantastic stay in a great location. We highly recommend it!“

„The smell of mildue or mold, cob webs in the corners of each room condiment old or bad fridge was leaking and covered up with a towel, main lock strike plate was missing and only secured with wood trim we did not feel safe as for the door could have been forced open easily, one bedroom was a pull out bed not a bed no face soap only shampoo, walk way and drive way where cracked broken and unever causing a trip hazard, hot water temperature was scolding hot“

„Cute house and easily accessible to everything that we needed. We would definitely stay there again.“
