„Pro: 5 minutes walk to subway station, 7-11 and Lawson nearby, quiet neighborhood, standard toiletries all provided including laundry detergent, decent kitchen supplies, spacious room, balcony, Con: small area where bathroom sink is to put down toiletries, esp for a family of 4. No hook in bathroom to hang up towels or bathrobe. Instructions as to how to operate the hot water system and washer would be helpful. Construction nearby so kind of noisy in the morning.“

„The appartment is new and very clean. If you are a fun of anime, you can reach to " otaroad" in just 10min on foot. But the internet connection is miserable in the evening. Since there's no reception, no one respond you on the phone after the business hours. If you can bring the pocket Wi-Fi by yourself, it's really highly recommended.“

„친구들이랑 왔어요. 깔끔하고 좋아요. 에비스초역 바로 근처라서 편했어요. 조리시설과 세탁기가 있어서 편리했습니다. 한국어를 할 수 있는 직원이 없어서 불편했고 생각지도 못한 숙박세가 나와서 당황했습니다. 시설은 편리하고 조용하고 좋았습니다.“

„Great location. Plenty of food vendors in the nearby area and vending machines pretty much on every block. Hotel was clean and spacious. Only downside is that they don’t regularly clean the room. You have to book a request via a QR code link to have the room cleaned or towels replaced.“

„Location is okay. Within 15 mins. walk to market. However, not very clean overall. Duet has stains, air conditioning is noisy when in low fan. Space is limited. Entrance corridor lights are dim. Communication with owner is not ideal. He/she even thought we'd arrive the day after & mixed up the date that we 'd depart. As we only stayed 2 nights & on next destination. It's barely ok but would not revisit again.“

„Super logement. L'appartement est très grand (pour le Japon). Il y a le déjeuné d'inclus (nous ne le savions pas, car ce n'était pas indiqué sur expédia). Le déjeuner est très complet (Fruits, céréales, toast, yogourt, oeuf, saucisse, bacon, sandwich, soupe, salade, nouilles, poulet fris, dumpling frit, café, jus, lait, etc.). Il est possible de laisser ses baggages lors de la journée d'arrivée gratuitement au bureau principale qui est à 1km du complexe Parks ce qui est génial. Au bureau ...

„The space was way larger than we expected. The place was beautiful and so clean. Pretty close to two different train stations which was fantastic. The host left instructions on how to use the bath (pre-fill option was great) and other tips for the city. Nice quiet neighborhood and a vending machine right across the street was super useful too! 10/10 would stay again.“

„We had a great stay. The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast is simple, but good (toast, egg, fresh fruit, etc). The location is central. The staff is very helpful. We wanted to book tickets to a football match, and we got great help with the booking, and ended up with amazing seats. Would highly recommend! “

„Pro: walking distance from hotel to Namba shopping district, train stations, and convenience stores. Con: complicated check in process, property owner only provided room access code but not building access code. Building access code is provided via a phone call upon arrival; however, as a foreigner you don't have a phone, and there was no public phone around.“

„家族5人でユニバーサルスタジオに行き、ここに泊まりました。チェックイン方法のメールが72時間前にくるとのことだったのですが、チェックイン1時間前にようやくきてホッとしました。管理上の問題で直前でもいいのですが、その連絡が欲しかったです。 室内は特に問題なく快適に過ごせました。 個人的にはお風呂が大きめでゆったりつかれたのが良かったです。 コンビニも近く、コインパーキングも数ヶ所あり、少しですがリーズナブルな所を選ぶことができました。 また機会があれば、泊まりたいと思いました。(外観は気にしないでね[笑])“
