„Nice place to stay. Everything was well arranged.“

„Definitely do not recommend. In addition to a horrible check in process, they started randomly asking us for security deposits. The apartment was wildly overpriced—we had a far better stay in a much posher area for much cheaper. Look elsewhere and get a better place to stay, if you can.“

„Good shopping centre plenty of variety of food, even fast food chains for the kids. Lots of things to do without having to go into the city of your shopping a short stop over in Malaysia.“

„Good for a layover 😊“

„This is classified as a 4 star property and it has the amenities but not the maintenance. Our kitchenette had cockroaches through it, the bathroom was very mouldy with poor ventilation and it smelt terrible. I bought a shower mat for personal safety. No work desk for computer use. No laundry service or laundry facilities at ...

„Solo travel, just needed a crash pad for the night near the airport, which this was great for with plenty of eating out options nearby“

„The Apartment Room is pretty clean. However, there is a lack of organisation with the housekeeping team as I had informed them twice to change the linen on my bed and to change the towels. The housekeeping team should clean the room every day by changing the linen, towels and bins frequently. Other than that I have enjoyed my stay the reception staff were helpful. But I feel there are a lot of things that can be improved.“

„New place. Clean room. Only downside is that the mall not fully open. “
