„We had a very nice stay here when visiting family. I had to call the host at 9:45pm to ask a question and she answered the phone right away and provided me with what I needed. House was clean and comfortable. It definitely provided ample space for the three of us which is what we wanted. It’s definitely a better option than a hotel if you need more space and freedom of movement at the same price or even lower than some hotel options. We will stay there again. “

„We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. It was meaningful to have family stay all together leading up to weekend festivities. Kitchen was well equipped to enjoy all meals. Relaxed in pool to escape heat. Parking was a challenge. We had multiple cars to transport wedding decorations. It was difficult to park 4 cars in driveway. Not many options for additional parking in cul de sac. Overall very happy with stay! “

„My 13 year old daughter and I booked a weekend getaway to see one of our favorite artists. As a mom having a safe place was key for my selection. Knowing that Fran and Larry were right there if we needed anything was the reassurance I needed! Keypad entry was super easy, and the apartment was perfect and cozy. They live in a quiet little neighborhood in the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of downtown, convenient to all amenities. Highly recommend! “

„We rented the house for my son to use while he had a 10 week internship in Wichita for the summer. It was in a quiet neighborhood and centrally located for easy access to his work near the airport as well as to grocery stores and the YMCA. The house was clean, nice air conditioning during the summer heat and had ample supplies for his stay.“

„We enjoyed ourselves very much.... Spacious and unique. Though, those that can't handle noise may want to stay elsewhere. We did just fine above the Bar & Grill and the main drag with traffic-but it is very popular, and the music goes until 2 pm. We will be staying here again! It is in the middle of so many things to do! “

„We stayed here to attend a graduation at Wichita State university and it was in a great location. Truly 12-14 minutes from everything. Both driveway and street parking and the keypad check in was a breeze. The 3 bedrooms were a good size and had plenty of couch space as well. Just a note that two of the bedrooms share a jack & jill bathroom and the other bathroom is attached to the master downstairs. Would definitely return.“

„Very unique, comfortable stay! I worked in downtown Wichita and was able to walk to work and back each day. I had groceries delivered and cooked each night. I also used and appreciated the washer/drier. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores along the walk. It's also in an art oriented area so there were a ton of cool murals and art.features to explore. The house is beautifully decorated and the garage space is such a cool hang out spot! Will definitely be staying here again. The photos ...
