„The house was very nice, and clean. It is in the newer part of Fort Smith and quite peaceful. We had a small problem with the security “beeping” (due to an earlier power outage) when we first arrived, but when I made the issue known, Adeel had it handled promptly. Was easy to communicate with her. Good experience!“

„Me and my husband stayed 3 nights and we had the best time! The cabin is absolutely beautiful so is the property grounds! We went on a train ride 30 minutes from the property in Van burren through the mountains!! There was an issue with the hot tub but Miss Brenda was fast to respond! We will definitely be back! Perfect romantic couple getaway! I would give way more stars if it would let me! Highly recommend!! The cabin looks just like her pictures she had fall decor out so cute and peaceful! “

„A lovely home and just right for our 10 family group. The boys enjoyed the miniature pool table! The towels and sheets were really luxurious . I would suggest that a small stool is needed to get onto the very tall beds. My short niece could not manage without help. The manager answered my questions promptly. “

„Loved the location, close to historical downtown, museums and places to eat. Easy access to everything we were interested in doing! We had a great time in Fort Smith and this cottage worked perfect for us and our sweet elderly dog! The house was just as pictured, so clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Cathy provided us with lots of information before our arrival and afterwards to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! “

„This property is absolutely amazing. The owner takes a lot of pride in their property and love. When I walked in there was gentle music playing and smelled amazing. Almost like walking into a spa. Spacious and decorated beautifully. Check out process was a breeze. Not a laundry list of items to do before leaving. If I have the opportunity I will definitely be returning! “

„4th year in a row to stay hear for the rally. Walking distance to everything downtown. Very comfortable. Nice garage to park bike and vehicle. The condo is very nice! Owners are readily available.“

„Everything was beautiful including the landscape.The lake was great the view was spectacular even though it was a beach house it felt like home away from home we will definitely be returning soon. We give it a 10 out of 10. The accommodations already in place made it perfect. “

„Home away from home the property was beautiful 😍 as soon as we walked in. We booked because we had to get our carpet cleaned and hands down was a great experience. We hope to be back again, when we want to get away for the weekend the Hot Tub was just right it was freshly serviced and ready for us. The deck patio is very spacious and we were able to even get some meat on the Grill. “
