„The property was ideal and as described. The only things we could have used was a fan and more mosquito spray! We were walking distance to the butterfly garden which was spectacular as well as a chairlift going up the mountain for a waterfall tour. It was farther into town than walking distance and only one restaurant nearby so I would suggest getting the meal option or shopping in town for food. „Very welcoming and communicative hosts via messages. We loved the apartment and it's in a very quiet area but just a 5-10 min walk to the historical center with squares and cathedrals. The beds were comfy, the showers clean and warm, and the apartment was so beautiful and had tons of character. Would absolutely stay here again! “

„Stay here!! Stay here!! Stay here!! We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, 5 star fancy ones, but this was the first place I’ve ever been truly sad to leave! The architecture, the colors, the design… just breathtaking! Everything is spotless and smells so fresh! The flowers in the courtyard are gorgeous! Carmen, the house attendant, is gorgeous as well and so very sweet! The food they made was yummy and they had it ready promptly on time. You walk from room to room and everyone in your party continues ...

"Alles war wirklich wunderbar, das Hotel ist in einem wunderschönen alten Haus untergebracht, extrem sauber, sehr zentral und doch völlig ruhig, gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal...nichts könnte besser sein. Ind doch haben wir uns am Ende sehr geärgert. Beim ersten Duschen am 3. Tag stellte sich heraus, dass es kein warmes Wasser gab, auch nicht nach langem Hin und Her. Beim Auschecken wollte man uns dann 20 $ in Rechnung stellen mit der Begründung, wir seien schuld, weil wir den Mischhebel beschädigt hätten! Nach unserem empörten Protest hat man darauf verzichtet, dennoch hat uns diese Sache sehr geärgert."
