We speak Spanish, so that was not an issue; I don't know how well she speaks English as we never communicated that way. However, she attended to all our needs and directed us to a fantastic stay. „We spent two weeks with Julio and loved it. He was very helpful, always attentive to our needs. Just a few blocks to the South there are beautiful quiet beaches. The mass transit stops . „It was nice to be welcomed by Ricky at the airport to walk to the apartment which is just less than 500 meters away. "El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación dentro de una pequeña zona peatonal. La recepción fue muy amable y había una bebida de bienvenida. También un paño húmedo. Había reservado una habitación con 2 camas dobles y una cama king para nuestra familia. Una habitación ya estaba lista (llegamos bastante temprano). Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y la vista al mar es maravillosa. Las toallas se pueden pedir prestadas en recepción para ir a la piscina y a la playa. Un servicio muy bueno. La piscina es estupenda y hay muchas tumbonas. Las sombrillas podrían ser un poco más grandes, pero por lo demás bien. El servicio en la piscina también es excelente y el personal muy amable. Saber español ayuda a la hora de pedir, el inglés a veces es posible. La comida en el restaurante es muy buena. Los churros en particular eran un sueño. Un pequeño punto a mejorar sería el tiempo de espera para la comida. El desayuno es abundante y debería haber algo para todos los gustos. En general un muy buen hotel con muy buen servicio.
