Schlechte Reinigung, 5x pro Woche extrem Laute Musik von der Bar in der Nachbarschaft, Fensterscheiben zitterten bei den Bass Tönen, In 21tagen 5x kein WC Papier und keine Tücher, 4x keine Reinigung, wobei sowiso nur die Kübel geleert und der Boden gewischt wurde, Grosse Rostflecken in der Badewanne, Sehr schlechte wifi Verbindung in der Lobi, Fernseher funktionierte nicht, wobei der Lärm von der Bar sowiso gestört hätte, Butzfrau ist mit den Schuhen auf das Bett ...

„Zugang nur mit Einstiegscode, nicht Hotel, sondern Privatvermueter. Erst kein warmes Wasser, wurde reguliert, Ameisen, Kakerlake, Moskitos beim Reinkommen, extrem schlecht isolierte Fenster, nicht dicht, vollkommen veraltet, durch Wasser kaputte Türen, Verntilator eiert, nicht zu benutzen, kein Shampoo bei vermeintlich 3 Sternen, mieses Personal. Strandanlage super, aber Kosten für Liegen und Sonnenschirm 10€. “

AC and Fans in Living Room and Bedroom. Everything worked out great. I enjoyed my Stay and recommend this Place highly.“

„Das Cottage auf dem Gelände der Villa „Patiently Waiting“ist klein, aber fein. Chris, der uns empfing, ist ein super netter Kerl und immer zur Stelle, wenn etwas zu helfen ist. Der Strand ist wunderschön, in 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und man hat (mit der Residence-Card) Liegen und Rabatt aufs Essen. Wir fühlten uns sehr sicher, da es ein bewachtes Gelände ist. Unbedingte Empfehlung!“

Our local manager/assistant was very kind and helping as she knows the town very well. The apartment was really spacious. The kitchen provided everything we needed. „Top floor is like an apartment and stretched from front to back. Bathroom top floor was huge with separate shower and tub. And there's a balcony whete you can see the water. 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms . Issue with fan and lights in one of the bedrooms. Host was responsive but it did not get resolved. There's a washer and dryer on 2nd floor. 1st floor has full kitchen and 1/2 bath. Definitely recommend. It's located in Ocho Rios. „This was one of the best vacation I had in a long time.. The place is safe and great for family we all loved. The kids enjoyed themselves everyday at the pool.. Its not too far from St Ann Bay you can do shopping/grocery. Lots of attractions near by.. this is 2 thumbs up 👍 Ps. The host and Manager were great..“
