So I showered, but ended that quickly as only extreme hot or cold water came out of the shower head. Bedroom was bigger than living space. Couch made of an itchy material. The pt was clean and presentable, just dark and dank.“

I arrived at the property to 2 people smoking a glass pipe in the parking lot. turns out they rented the place across the hall. There are several windows broken on the second floor. The same host has all 4 properties. These are multi person flop houses. „Pleasant space with peace and quiet. This is a apartment in an apartment building. Concenient parking, secure access.“

„Dirty sheets, shower curtain, rug in sitting room filthy. Outside was full of weeds. Garage was filled with stinking garbage. On the plus side it was a great location. Far too expensive for what you get. If you had to sleep in the basement you would have nightmares.“
