„It was a beautiful apartment, just like in the pictures. Check in at the reception at the main entrance easy, chip received. If you arrive by car, there is free parking in the underground garage, just give the landlady the license plate number by phone beforehand and you can drive in without any problems. Very nice landlady, everything was clean, very cozy, great view. Anytime again.“

Was quite impressed with the host/property management who were very responsive and prompt anytime we messaged them with a question or issue. The minor glitch with the parking was certainly not nearly a big enough deal to prevent us from staying there again in the future. “

„A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Kitchener. Parking is not included but the municipal parking directly outside the window was helpful. So quiet despite being right downtown. The heat pump is genius, and we appreciated the AC so much when it was in the 30's over the weekend. Comfortable bed, and everything worked as posted. Thanks!“
