„Clean & comfortable. There was only a keurig, no drip coffee maker as listed. The bathrooms were located off both bedrooms, so not the most convenient. Finding the garbage chutes on floors 1-18 were nearly impossible! Our instructions said "behind an unmarked door" and I didn't see any, all doors were locked, I ended up going out back to the dumpster. Only one fob was provided when the listing mentioned two. „Very nice and comfortable hotel. Outstanding service, very nice room and perfect location in the center of Georgetown. Easy access to downtown and memorials. Wonderful and very relaxing rooftop bar with perfect view. Details are important for perfect stay: doorman was always very kind and gave us lots of helpful recommendations. Will book again at this place next time in DC.“

„The linens, some were stained and the utensils were dirty. In general the staff around the building are excellent but seem to be unlinked to any of the leases so they are no help in the process. The apartment looked like advertised but better attention to cleaning is a must for the price quoted. The apartment smelled and felt unused for a very long time. “

„Don’t stay here. I checked in and the beds were dirty, there were dishes in the sink, and the bathroom was dirty as well. I called the host to help me. I sent photos. They said they would try to help me. And there was no response for an hour or afterwards. I couldn’t stay in a dirty bed so I had to book another hotel. As of today, I have not received any response from the host, or reimbursement, or apology.“

„I had a great time at Kasa House. It is the perfect location in a town with so much to do. My only qualm was the toilet, it has some issues flushing but I did reach out to Kasai and they responded quickly. When booking please note that they don’t come in and make your bed and bring towels unless requested I’m not sure if that is in the description and I over looked it but I didn’t stay for too long for that to be an issue. Overall, I enjoyed my time and I will definitely rebook! Great ...
