„This cabin is perfect for a small family or two couples. The location is perfect. There’s plenty of dock space. The screened-in porch overlooks a quiet bay. The cabin is just a few steps from the water. It was well-stocked and had everything we needed. I’d bring a fan along if staying during summer as the upstairs bedrooms were very warm on a hot summer night. We loved this place and hope to come back soon!“

„Property is amazing and has everything you could need. There’s 3 kayaks and a row boat for you to use, we used the boat the most and it was perfect for what we wanted to fish for. Location wise you’re close to everything including downtown minocqua, st Germain, and lac du flambeau if you want to check out small northwoods towns. Overall an amazing stay “

„We had a family reunion up in northern Wisconsin and i needed a place that was close to my uncles place but also allowed dogs and this place was perfect! It was close to everything from Walmart, to downtown, shops! The house was very nice and perfect for 3 adults and my pup. The walk down to the dock is magical, and we loved taking the canoe around the lake. „This was our 3rd time staying in the awesome house with our family. The house fit us perfectly! We all had our space/room and we just love it! The bedrooms aren’t particularly big but that didn’t matter because we were only in them to sleep. The beds are super comphy too! The fishing on Mercer Lake was fantastic. „We had other family, 10 total, staying at another property on Fence Lake, and we could not have picked a better place for me and my wife to stay than The Fence Lake Retreat. It was very cozy and had all of the amenities we needed. I’m sure the tv was nice, but we never even turned it on…too busy enjoying the lake and all of the surroundings.
