The neighborhood felt a bit sketchy and perhaps this is why it's so reasonably-priced, but it was quiet and we had no issues. And it was less than 10 minutes to the Big Texan. The front and back yards are fenced, creating two safe spaces for our dog. Alek was super responsive when I had a couple of questions. Importantly, it was wonderfully clean. “
