„We had a great stay at the Funky Turtle. The house was clean and just enough space for my family of 5. The house is close to campground bathrooms if the occasional extra bathroom is needed. We enjoyed the fire pit, use of the grill, and sitting on the porch. Our only complaint is about the noise but it was clear from the map that the campground was located near an interstate. „This was a beautiful property in a lovely residential area close enough to downtown for a nice walk. My grandchildren were delighted with the pool (as were the adults who were happy that it was heated). The home is beautifully decorated and so comfortable and outfitted with top of the line appliances. The hosts are also very friendly and generous and seek to make your stay a real pleasure. Would absolutely stay again when we would want more than 2 bedrooms (the house has 5 spacious ones).“

„The location was PERFECT. Just a 5 minute walk down a sandy path to a beautiful beach and Lake Michigan! The tiny cottage was perfect for two people. The bed however is very very hard. If you’re young you’d be okay, but us older folks don’t do well on firm beds lolOther than that our weekend stay was perfect!“

„Our stay here was wonderful!! It is a beautiful space. I love antiques charm- this place had it all. Beautiful wood, comfy furniture. Our host even left snacks and drinks for us! It was quiet and comfortable. Communication was great and check-in was super easy. I wish we were able to get there early enough to enjoy the restaurant downstairs.
