Apartments sehr modern und grosszügig ausgestattet. Küche super bestückt. Für Selbstverpfleger perfekt. Der schönste Strand für uns ist der nahe Shoal Beach. “

„The wanderers retreat is a lovely spot. We will definitely be back. It was only a short drive to the town centre but felt like you were out in your own private rainforest. There was so much wildlife. A magpie family that visit several times a day, kookaburras and even a couple of cheeky possums. “

„Die Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss des zweistöckigen Gebäudes direkt am Strand und ist sehr ist geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Der sehr große Balkon bietet einen fantastischen Ausblick. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wären gerne länger geblieben. Das einzige, was wir vermisst haben, ist eine Kaffeemaschine. Alles andere war perfekt.“

„Leider war die Rezeption nur bis 15 Uhr besetzt. Doch mit einem Anruf hat man den Code für ein Behältnis vor der Rezeption erhalten, in dem sich ein Briefumschlag mit dem Zimmerschlüssel befand. Die Unterkunft war soweit gut ausgestattet.“

„It was our first visit to Nelson Bay, nature is fascinating, lots of activities around to get engaged in, shopping is near by which was great. The only constructive feedback that I would like to share is that property needs renovations, not decently cleaned when we received the key. “

„Pretty appartment with a nice view. Close to beach. Spacious and quiet. Unfortunatly nobody was there for check in and nobody was reachable by phone. We needed an hour to solve the problem with the help of the tourist information. After all this we liked our stay.“

„The property itself is great, clean, modern and basically equipped. Getting in and out of the pool from the apartment required a bit of effort as there is no ladder. Not easy for young kids or older people. We did find an area just down from the apartment where you could use steps. The 40 degree weather didn’t help as the electricity went off several times for long periods. Only one control for both AC. Having to make your own bed at that price point is having a lend. “

„This is the 5th time Ive stayed at the property in the last 6yrs and once again it was very enjoyable. Whilst the overall condition of the property has gradually gone downhill a bit the location and price cannot be matched. Located directly opposite the beach its the perfect summmer location.“
