„We came up with my extended family (14 of us) to celebrate my parents’ 50th anniversary. The home was STUNNING and there was plenty of room to sleep, eat (indoor dining table and outdoor patio tables seat 16), and hang out. There are coffee makers everywhere too, which my family loved. We quite enjoyed taking out the paddle boat, kayaks, and paddle boards (plenty of life jackets too). The water is shallow for quite a ways out which made swimming easy … and our hosts also graciously provided ...

„We had a wonderful 4 nights at this property! Beautiful views and awesome location. We enjoyed swimming right at the property but also loved the ability to rent the pontoon and take that around the lake. The beds were very comfortable, and the property was stocked with everything we could ever need. The garage space was great to hang out in and offered a nice gathering area. Would consider coming back, and highly recommend. “

„It was a fantastic property, exactly as described. The uniqueness of the shape made it really cool. It was lovely cátedra on a beautiful lake and kayaks were provided. The owner was always available if for some reason we needed to communicate. Everybody would enjoy their stay and would definitely miss out on an amazing experience if they didn’t check it out. I can say with absolute certainty that we will be booking the cabin again in the fall and winter. “

„This was a beautiful property with a spacious lawn and sandy beach. We loved having the big game room for rainy days and the 2 large bunk rooms were comfortable and were great for all the kids. We did a girls room and a boys room. Lots of towels and linens and huge washer/ dryer. Would've been nice to have a master bathroom, but we made it work with the 2 bathrooms. Overall, great stay and would definitely come back!“

„Two besties met halfway for a girls weekend. Close to Alexandria and all it has to offer. The Boathouse was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed an evening on the deck with the beautiful fall colors on the lake. Host was available by phone and let me know that by a phone call before I checked in. Everything was easy and I would not hesitate to book again. In fact my friend even said we need to do this again. “

„Quiet spot near the end of the paved road. Perfect for sitting outside and watching the loons that stayed on this end of the lake. Owner verified that we checked in okay and was eager to give us fishing tips. “

„Our extended family was looking for a three-bedroom place close to Crooked Willow for a wedding. The check-in process was very clear, and our questions were promptly responded to. Although I was concerned about only one shower for five people to prepare for the wedding, we managed easily since the second bathroom has a tub. The deck, large flat lawn, and beach were perfect areas for our family to gather. Although there is not a dishwasher, the younger generation learned how to do dishes old ...
