„We loved this place! It was well-stocked, clean, and the view is beautiful! “

„We stayed two nights. Unit has easy access to lake, restaurants, etc. Two bedrooms and two main spaces - the living area with huge couch and the kitchen. Unit was clean and the two Hobbit themed doors and fireplace were the main attraction/theme. Host was very responsive to communication. Need to use the Xbox controller to get the Hobbit dvd to play on the tv.“

„Great stay in Sept. 2025. Cabin had everything that was needed. Would definitely stay here again for a few days of hiking all the trails close by. “

„It was a very nice house with spectacular views. Very clean. Very close to Pettit Jean State Park. The host was extremely helpful. They even refilled the Hummingbird feeders so we could set in the sun room and watch them. “

„It was amazing. The wrap around porch , rocking chairs and hot tub were awesome. It was nice, peaceful and so relaxing. It was clean, well stocked and communication with the host was great. We most definitely will be staying there again in the near future “

„Was an excellent stay, very secluded and peaceful. It’s a very charming cabin, and I have to say; we loved the countertops. The walk down to the swimming hole is perfect, beautiful overlook off of the BRT that includes a river view, bluffs, and surrounding natural beauty of Arkansas. It’s well worth the stay, and perfect for a secluded getaway with a small family. We appreciate you letting us stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time. “

„Everything that we could ever think of needing was though of. Very nice stay while we hiked all day we could come back and cook, play cards and soak in the hot tub. Memory foam mattresses made for good rest. “
