„Had a wonderful vacation at the Lake House. Lots of stuff for the kids. Jet ski rental is close by as well. The kids loved all the snacks, s’mores and gum ball machine. The house has just about everything you could need. We look forward to hopefully returning one day. “

„Kitchen had every thing you could possibly need for cooking and baking. Was a shortage of spoons, no kitchen dish towels or dish cloths, 1 trash bag was not enough for a 5 day stay. Coffee pot takes awhile but it will make coffee. Fridge very cold, enough to freeze salad mix, be wary of the bottom drawer. Huge pantry, no light maybe bulb burnt out. Some gnats in almost every room, fly swats are in pantry. Big dinning room plenty of seating. Table legs a bit wobbly, dollar general down the street ...

„We needed a few days to just get away and be quiet and this was perfect. It is only 2 miles out of Onalaska so whatever you need or forgot is handy, but the location still seems secluded. Wi-Fi and Roku TV included and while rustic, the cabin very quiet and the air conditioning kept things cool. Mornings enjoyed sipping coffee on the deck, watching the wildlife and just relaxing. Location within 30 minutes of the state park which was a very nice day trip.“

„Gentle Villa Retreat is a wonderful place to host a group. Our group of 27 ladies enjoyed the place, especially the pool and the hot tub. We had a movie night all in one room. We were able to all sit down an eat together and the same room was used for some group activities. The biggest thing was that there was enough parking. “
