This is the first place I've stayed that truly surpassed the pictures and the responsiveness of the management was lightning fast regardless of the nature of the inquiry. There was a small hiccup with one of the showers but they were right on it - those things are going to happen in any rental - it's how the management responds and these guys are A. „We took our 18 yr old here on a trip of Virginia and NC. This house was perfectly located for the hikes and tubing activities we wanted to do. Skyline drive was cool even though it was foggy and drizzling on and off all day. Into Charlottesville one day for tubing on Rivanna river. So glad we have the washer and dryer. Super clean and had extra things like kleenex, coffe and shampoo. Really felt like home. “

The owner is incredibly responsive, helpful and checked in on us throughout our stay. He even ordered us a coffee grinder when I reached out to ask if the home had one. So above and beyond!! „The home was clean, spacious, bright, and conveniently close to shopping. The firepit by the lake was a fantastic feature that made for cozy evenings filled with s’mores and great conversation. „The house was wonderful. Easy walk to the lake. The water temperature was higher then expected but the grandkids didn't mind at all. Very quiet enjoyed the eagles, herons and ospreys. Plenty of dishwear and enough pots and pans to make dinners for the 9 of us. “
