„What an amazing place that has everything just in case you forget something. The owners live right next door and chatted with us when we got there. So friendly even told Carol we brought another sales guy with us and she was so fast to ask if I wanted her to bring over a cot. I declined the offer saying he could sleep on the couch and she said extra blankets in the upstairs bedroom. 20 out of 10. When we come back next year we will rent the same place. Thanks Carol and Jeff. “

„Had great communication with property owner prior to the stay up today of check-in. House was very comfortable inside and and front porch allowed for leisurely sitting. Backyard was spacious and allowed for large group gatherings . All necessities included, the house is a great gathering spot.“

„Its really cozy and comfortable, clean, safe, quiet, awesome accommodation, older house in an older established neighborhood. Great location and Super convient to college campus, stores and restaurants and downtown, all within 3 to 4 minute drive, perfect for moving my daughter to school. Definitely recommend and look forward to staying again on next visit.“

Most times, we don't spend a lot of time at our getaway rentals, but as the weather was sunny and in the upper 80's, we took advantage of the pool area, which was spotlessly clean, and a great way to refresh on hot days. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future, and almost definitely will do so.“

„This is a cute little place with plenty of space. Much more comfortable than a hotel room. Only takes about 15 minutes to drive to Martins Ferry and Wheeling. My son enjoyed sitting on the back porch and watching the barges on the river. Loved having a good k-cup coffee maker available. I also greatly appreciated the washer and dryer that allowed me to wash up our laundry the night before we left so that I didn't have a bunch of laundry to do when we got home.
