„Perfect location for my quick overnight. Know Athens well as previous resident. Great privacy, location a quick walk or uber and snap you’re downtown/Sanford Stadium. Super easy to find, you feel like you’re in the woods with all the evergreens/green vegetation. Clean, equipped with what you need for overnight or longer stay. Location awesome for college campus/downtown you name it.“

„Nice property. My gps didn’t take me to the right house but my husbands did. House was clean, well stocked, quiet and amazing access to the lake. We enjoyed the dock and fire pit as well. Grass was super long but they sent landscaping on our last day. Great neighbors as well. “

„We enjoyed our time so much at Lake Oconee. The lake is absolutely beautiful and sophisticated in the surrounding areas. Our check-in and checkout was great. The house was everything as advertised and more and we would definitely stay here again. Our family of five stayed for 16 days and had lots of fun fishing from the dock, boating and tubing. “

„We really enjoyed our visit to Athens and the property. We came for a tennis camp and also to see a football game. The house is nice and it was neat to have a pool with a large outdoor pool. The location is ideal being close to both the university of Georgia and also to numerous restaurants. The owner, Christian, was also extremely attentive and checked on us on several occasions which I appreciated as well. “

„We stayed at the Toadhaus when our dog needed heart surgery at UGA. It was a very stressfull time but having a great place to stay was something we didn't have to stress about. The studio was clean, quiet, safe and private. It was conveniently located, just a short drive anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend staying here. “
