„No electricity!!! I understand its war time and it might happen, but Hotels usually have generator, or at least let us know before, and allow to cancel, let me find a warm hotel. Woke up freezing cold!!!“

„Grundsätzlich ist das schöne Beherbergung. Gute Lage. Sehr praktisch. Guter Eindruck letztendlich! “

„Sehr angenehmes top ausgestattetes und super zentral gelegenes Studio, hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufhentalt “

„Considering the apartments are in the midst of an ongoing war, it is impressive to see how the gated community has adapted to enforce curfew, have excellent facilities, restaurants and playgrounds on site. Great apartment, excellent shower, TV, comfy bed, washing machine, kettle all you need! “

„Das Hotel liegt zentral. Alles ist gut zu erreichen. Das Stadion, Theater, Kaffees, Raustaurants und Shopingcenter sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Hotel Transfer ist preislich gut. Das Zimmer war sauber. Der Aufzug ist hingegen eine Katastrophe!! Man benötigt viel Geduld!! Im Treppenhaus halten sich obdachlose auf. Der Geruch im Treppenhaus war ekelhaft. Das Prädikat 4 Sterne ...

„Clean but no extra toilet paper. They forgot to turn hot water on and no phone. “

„This apartment hotel is in a great location. Located at a hill and there are many restaurants right at the bottom of the hill which is around 10 mins walk and the walk is very nice. The unit itself is space efficient and has everything described. The host is very responsive and friendly. We slept very well there and value is great. We would highly recommend this place to everyone staying in Kyiv!“

„Well located and spacious Aparthotel near Maidan Square. Once you are inside the property it’s nice but entrance of the building is very shabby and stairs leading to the 2nd floor run down (no elevator). There is just 1 person at the reception and communication in English is impossible (had to do everything trough Google Translate). Had some problems to sleep as there was a constant noise from the neighbours above troughout the night. Difficult to take a shower without wetting all the floor as ...

„I would not recommend this apartment. When I checked in, I immediately noticed there were roaches everywhere. It was extremely uncomfortable and unsanitary. I contacted the owner right away with video evidence, but instead of taking the issue seriously, they brushed it off and gave excuses. This is absolutely unacceptable for any rental property. Cleanliness and pest control should be a top priority, and unfortunately, this place failed completely. Save yourself the stress and avoid this ...

„Schönes Apartment in ungepflegter Liegenschaft. Erster Eindruck vom Treppenhaus war abschreckend. Schlüssel musste an anderer Adresse abgeholt werden. “
