„Celebrating Mom’s 90th birthday. She lives on Richland-Chambers Lake. Her house is small and I wanted a second location to host my family. The property is beautiful and private. The main living area is open with plenty of space for gathering and dining. Kitchen is well equipped. Large deck off living space. Large bunk room and game room downstairs as well. Upstairs bedrooms were nice with King size beds. My family members are 30 but this would be a great place for younger kids, especially teens ...

„The property owner was very responsive, professional and polite. He was very accommodating, offering additional parking if needed. We rented the property for my dad memorial and the house and land was perfect for all age ranges, 3-90 years old. The covered back porch was even perfect for my 90 year old grandmother who is in a wheelchair to sit and enjoy the view and visit family. We will be renting this property Everytime we come back to Texas. Wonderful experience all the way around. “

„The back yard is large and totally fenced. Our little dog really enjoyed going out in it and exploring. The entire place is beautiful and excellent.
