Only down fall was the bedroom does not have a fan so if you are a hot sleeper I suggest bringing your own. Also the shower is VERY tiny. But neither of these were a major issue. It was so clean when we arrived, A full bathroom on each floor made it so convenient, especially with 9 women! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had lots of counter space.
