„Great time. Got to visit this great city and stay right in the heart of it. Will be back.“

„The shower is as stated on another review. it is warm but I was there on one of the hottest weeks so it was perfect. If you plan on cooking and have leftovers, bring some disposable tupperware or ziploc bags, bottled water and ice.We also hung fly strips outside so that they didn't enter the home. We enjoyed it.“

„I liked the location. The property was nice and clean. The only downside would be for older people. The stairs going up to the property were a little steep and might be a problem for older persons. The other thing that might be a problem is the height of the bathtub. I had trouble getting out the first day. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.“

„Great property“

„Excellent property and excellent communication with Steve. If we are back in the area, we will definitely book with him again.“

„We were thankful for a dog friendly home that had a fenced in backyard. After a week of traveling our dogs loved it.“

„Great location close to multiple breweries and restaurants. During the summer there's a great walking path across the street and a farmer's market close by. Condo was great for a quick get away and had everything we needed.“

„Our second stay at the property. Our host thought of any items we would need for our stay, including snacks and coffee. This is now our place to stay when visiting family in Iowa. Thank you!“

„The house was clean and quiet and worked well for us getting together with friends. We enjoyed the walkability to the village and the short drive to other events.“

„Property worked perfectly for our group. Large kitchen and counter space, dining room table for meals, large gathering areas, comfortable beds, the garage was appreciated. Close to restaurants, gas stations, and the fairgrounds. Highly recommended!“

„We loved the house. Felt like a true home away from home. Comfy beds, adequate storage, nice towels, great backyard for our dogs. It had a great kitchen and laundry facilities. It was very close to downtown Iowa City, grocery store and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it.“

„Nice home, plenty of space for the six of us. Very helpful contact person with quick response.“

„The property was great. Perfect location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Ideal for a weekend getaway.“

„The Victorian is in the process of being restored. The location is convenient to the downtown area, but parking on a narrow street was a concern and the steep steps up to the front door would be hard for some visitors (it is noted in the description). The hot tub was not clean and was only 3/4 filled with water so we never used it. The pool table has many rips and the cue sticks were missing their tops so we never used the table. The owners were quick to respond which was helpful.“
