"Schönes Zimmer, sehr ruhig und sauber. Nachts war keine Klimaanlage nötig. Im Hotel gibt es ein Restaurant für Frühstück und Abendessen. Das haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Innenstadt und kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Parken wird vom Hotelpersonal übernommen. Würden definitiv wieder kommen."

"Hotel en los límites del centro con buenas conexiones de transporte. Las recámaras muy espaciosas. El personal de recepción amable y servicial. Es una pena que no tengan restaurante. En las cercanías No hay cafetería ni posibilidad de comer algo. Recomendaría incluyan detalles básicos en las habitaciones como: vasos, tapete para regadera, secadora de pelo, cafetera."

"Wow... Ich wusste nicht, dass es so lieblose und schlechte 5 Sterne Bunker aus den 80ern noch gibt. Hier ist alles abgerockt. Das Ambiente ist billig amerikanisch kombiniert mit schlechter lokaler Verarbeitung. Mach möchte einen kolonialen Eindruck erzeugen... passt aber alles nicht zusammen. Die Zimmer haben einen kleinen Balkon, die Türen lassen sich aber nicht öffnen. Also keine Frischluft in den Zimmern. Es ist einfach alles sanierungsbedürftig... die Oberflächen der Wände, möbel, Böden, Dusche, Wasserhähne. Und das ist kein schicker Vintage Look... einfach alt. Sorry... nie wieder und definitiv keine Empfehlung. Doch... ein Punkt ist mit positiv aufgefallen... die Betten waren sehr gemütlich."

"Erstes Zimmer dunkel, etwas muffig, nicht einladend (im alten Teil des Hotels). WiFi auf den Etagen kaputt. Wifi nur in der Lobby und im Restaurant. Man versprach mir für den nächsten Tag ein anderes Zimmer, mit besserem Empfang. Neues Zimmer sehr gut (im neuen Teil), aber kein Wifi. Als Kompensation bekam ich kostenloses Frühstück (einfach und mittelmässig) Das Personal war hilfsbereit, aber hatte keine Lösungen.Ist wohl eine Sache des Managements. So blieb nur die Lobby für Internet und WhatsApp - immerhin kam dort die Hotelkatze, um Trost zu spenden, und viele Mosquitos, aber die hatten andere Intentionen ..."

"This hotel didn‘t really offer a customer oriented experience. I have medicaments that needed to be in the fridge, the hotel policy instead of storing my medicament free of charge, they only offered me to rent a fridge for an additional price!! I traveled many kilometers in the earth carrying my medicines, and in all hotels I have had always a possibility to store free of charge my medicament! Warning: That means people with special needs won“t have a customer oriented experience, I have been in many hotels worldwide and even without fridge, no need to pay extra for renting a fridge! In addition the menu in the breakfast was basic, no fresh fruit, non-natural juice from X brand served in the breakfast, the main dish was OK. The waiter and some personal were taking care and very attentive, however in our only night we spent there we were stang by many mosquitoes (we understand it is a region dominated by such creatures, but they don‘t really care about guests being stung, no mosquito spray was in our room or perhaps was done our room in the hurry! No motivation to repeat the experience here, the great thing was that is located close to the airport."
