„A contact number was given for arrival.When number was called it didnt exist but after 1 and a half hours we send a message to the number and there was a immediate response from the property manager from another number and we were directed. Was confusing as for the original contact number could not be phoned. Also the main bedrooms aircon was not working. The rest was perfect.“

„Non ho potuto utilizzare la proprietà' perche' dopo aver pagato e dopo aver contattato il padrone di casa ho scoperto che egli aveva rescisso il contratto con Vrbo già' da qualche tempo. IL sottoscritto e la mia famigli ha subito il danno, sia economico che psicologico, di dover all'ultimo minuto trovare una soluzione di ripiego. oltre a ciò' il contatto con la chat di VRBO si e' rivelato complicato e poco utile. Inoltre non ho ricevuto il rimborso completo del valore che avevo pagato. Pessima ...
