„Die Lage des Apartments ist 1 A!!! Da gibt es überhaupt nichts dran auszusetzen. Wir waren zu dritt in den Apartment Nummer 908. das Fenster war kaputt und mit Folie zugeklebt. Daher ließ es sich nicht öffnen. Bei drei Leuten im Zimmer war die Luft dann irgendwann echt schlecht, da haben wir die Tür aufmachen müssen. Das ausziehsofa für die dritte Person hatte keine gerade liegefläche, so dass der Rücken das keine mehrere Nächte ohne Probleme mitmacht. Der Herd hat mal funktioniert und mal ...

„I (from Switzerland) was visiting New York with my 15 year old teenager daughter. We used the place mainly just to sleep and for that it was okay. Nothing exceptional, but okay value for money. We were warned by local friends that the area is dangerous, but felt safe walking in and out of Harlem to the city as well as by tube at all times and had a really good time in NYC. „Not bad for a good-priced guesthouse. Neighborhood's a bit sketchy but I was there for 2 days and had no trouble w/ my car parking or car itself. It survived 2 nights parked in Newark w/out incident. :)“

„We wanted a place close to NYC for my son's graduation at Carnegie Hall but not pay the expense of Manhattan. We were very pleasantly surprised when we entered the place. It's gorgeous and big with 3 nice sized bedrooms. Very clean. Everything worked. At the end of a dead end street. Near the Path so easy access to Manhattan. We were sad that we only were staying for one night. The owner also is very responsive and willing to work with me.“
