„We had a wonderful week with all the family down in Rye at this wonderful home. We had 2 teenagers and 8 adults. The house was lovely and spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was fabulous and very well equipped. We loved the big dining table and enjoyed some meals sitting around having great food and wonderful chats. The outdoor area was the winner for the boys who loved both the pool especially the waterfall and the spa with the disco lights at night. We spent many an hour ...

„The photos for this property did not do it justice. We were a group of 12 adults who fit comfortably in the rooms available with additional guests visiting during the day. I initially booked the house due to the impressive games room but we never even used this room as the upstairs was also set up for a group setting with lovely views, a great balcony and plenty of space for everyone. The house is set up with everything you need for entertaining. There was plenty of plates/cutlery/glasses etc ...

„We really enjoyed our stay at 270 degrees. It was a great location to Rye township and both Hot Springs. It was very cosy with the wood fire and also split systems. The views from the kitchen and lounge/dining and decking were spectacular. Our only complaint was the squeaky bunk bed in one of the downstairs bedrooms. “
