„We had a wonderful stay with 23 of our family (four of our children, their spouses, and 13 of our grandchildren ranging in age from 4 to 18). The house was just as described and had everything we needed to have a fantastic time! We absolutely recommend it! With the 3 separate living rooms and the wrap around porch, there were plenty of spaces for separation, visiting, playing games, and enjoying nature. „Probably the most peaceful place I've stayed. Great location for a visit to Mesa Verde. Off the main road enough to not get any traffic sounds. Tiny home has everything you need and hosts communication was great. “

„The keyless access is so easy and convenient. The owner/management has thought of everything, except the sheets and pillows. The pristine condition of the accommodation lead me to expect cotton sheets and down pillows. Otherwise, everything was great. “

„We really enjoyed our stay! Check-in went smooth and was pretty easy to find even in the dark as we arrived pretty late! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The pool/hot tub was awesome and all the mountain activities were a blast. We will definitely be back. Thank you! “

„Even though we only stayed a few nights we really enjoyed how secluded the rental was. We were able to enjoy Main St. Durango, and the quiet tranquility of the VRBO. Great location for any type of activities you're wanting to do while you're in Durango. It's super close to the downtown area, and also close to Lake Nighthorse where you can hike or have fun playing in the lake. The home had everything we needed, and plenty of space for the next time we hope to visit with our kiddo.“

For families with young kids (under 4, or maybe your kids listen better than mine haha), it might not be the best place. „We loved this duplex! It’s cozy, but great for a family of four, especially if you plan to get out. Bedrooms were great, and communicating with Victoria was easy. She went above and beyond. The best, though, was the neighborhood. It’s walking distance to downtown and a lovely part of Durango. Plus, our pup was super comfortable and enjoyed walks each morning and night. WiFi worked well but was a little shaky when I was on work zooms. We didn’t cook, but kitchen seemed well stocked.“
