„Staff was super kind and helpful! Everything is clean, rooms are nice and it's in a quiet and nice neighborhood in Tokyo. Lots off traditional restaurants and also a supermarket nearby. Easy to reach from the subway. It's a little retro and the room smelled like cigarette smoke, however we got room spray from the staff, which made the smell go away. All in all a nice and affordable hotel for Tokyo!“

„Room was very good. This was my first stay in Japan as a first time go-er. I have never seen a Hotel where you check in by submitting a online form to access your room since it appears to be a staff-less building. They clean the room after your stay I believe. They give you codes for main door and lock box with the keys to your room. Still a great spot. Keep noise level in mind. The locals appreciate some silence. „部屋やベッド、食器なども清潔でとてもよかったです。スリッパやハンガー、箱ティッシュ、トイレットペーパーもありました。 5人泊まれる広さの部屋で一階だったので荷物の運び込みも楽でした。一件先のところにコインパーキングがあり停めることができたので、なお快適な旅となりました。“

„北池袋交通很方便，走路三五分钟穿越一个铁路闸口就是地铁/铁路，我们后续的行程是去箱根，从这里去新宿站特别方便。附近有便利店，300米外有超市。周围夜晚也很安静，清晨会看到一些早起遛狗的居民，很有生活的气息。房子清洁度没问题，不过似乎只有洗衣机但没有配备洗衣粉？后来我们去便利店临时买了一个。需要注意的地方是电梯里霉味确实挺大的，其他都很好。“

„Everything was great. Its small and compact, but convenient and practical. The communication with the hosts was always very easy and quick. Tiny cons were that A Washing machine was available but no there was drier and nowhere to hang the clothes. There were no rags or dishcloths to dry your hands or clean with. Otherwise the stay was great and I really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and sleeping in this cozy apartment.“

"Sehr freundliches Check-in Personal. Das Hotel ist von der JR Station Otsuka Station gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Von der Buchung eines Raucher Zimmers würde ich (als Nichtraucher) allerdings abraten. Der Geruch lässt sich aushalten aber das Zimmer wirkt “schmutzig” vom Rauch. Die Zimmer an sich sind sauber, allerdings wirkt die Einrichtung etwas abgenutzt. Verschiedene Amenities werden kostenlos in der Lobby bereitgestellt. (Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Creamer, Wattestäbchen, Wattepads, Zahnbürsten, etc…)"
