"The facility was nice. Everything else was disappointing. In these high temperatures, not having a refrigerator is embarrassing. Every other hotel I've stayed in has had a refrigerator. A microwave would also be nice. Breakfast is not offered. Coffee in the lobby is ridiculous because it's a long walk away. The pool is also far from the room. And last but not least, I was woken up by a leaf blower right outside my room door at 7a.m.. That's very disrespectful to the guest. Lots of insects were walking on the floor. I'm glad I canceled a second night for later in time. There really needs to be better service here. Salado itself is a small, beautiful, tranquil place."
