„Stayed at this property for our daughter’s graduation from the University of Kent at the Rochester cathedral. Location was walking distance to the event and many shopping and dining options. Great secure parking as well as an extremely well appointed two bedroom two bathroom flat!“

„Great apartment well situated, and very c“

„Looking good at first sight it was a bit disappointing. No breakfast, no interest in giving us a good experience. Lacks maintainance, cleaning and clearing which is a shame as it looks cute and has proven to be a good starting point for our trip to Wales. “

„We stayed for a long weekend. Warm and comfortable annex flat. All amenities. Very clean.“

„Honestly website does not do the property justice it is absolutely amazing can not recommend enough. Never stayed anywhere as clean amazing housekeeping team just incredible“

„Clean and tidy and had all I needed for my stay. Close to Morrisons which was useful and only a 15 min drive to where I was working. My flat was at the front overlooking the road which is a bit noisy during the day and evening so I had the front windows closed and it was quiet enough at night for me to sleep. The towels are ok but would prefer bath sheets or larger towels than those on offer. I will certainly look to using this place again as I frequently work on Canvey island.“

„Lovely property with a great location, a 5 minute drive from Leeds Castle! Very friendly host and accompanying doggie! Both properties also had great wood burner hot tubs which were fantastic.“
