„We were unable to stay at this property because we were uncomfortable with the immediate surroundings after arriving. We observed several broken windows nearby and multiple closed or apparently out-of-business storefronts on the block, including businesses downstairs and next door. „Great access to the downtown area. Walkable for restaurants and sight seeing. Loved this little place.“

„The studio apartment was located on a private property in a quiet neighborhood. Although there was not a clothes closet, there was a coat rack with ample hooks for hanging clothes. The kitchen was full size, as well as the bathroom. It was very comfortable and felt very safe. The host even left a gift of a loaf of fresh sour dough bread from a local nearby business. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience for us, and we look forward to staying there again.“

„We had a wonderful time at the schoolhouse! Everything was as described and our family enjoyed a relaxing, but fun weekend. The building was stocked with all the things that one might need. We enjoyed the time we spent in the schoolhouse and our visit to Mohican State Park, which is also beautiful. I highly recommend staying at this unique property. Thank you Garrett for making everything go so smoothly and for maintaining such a lovely historic property.“

„The pictures do not do this adorable place justice. It is beautifully decorated and makes you feel at home immediately. The location provides easy access to anything you may want to do. The outside space provides a relaxing environment to just sit back and enjoy. We watched birds, a chipmunk, squirrels and the like while sitting out back. Martha is a dream host who has stocked this home with items and love to make your travels easier.“

„Had a great time. I wish I could have stayed longer“

„Great clean place! Would stay there again!“

„After a long drive, it was a wonderful surprise to find that Heritage House was even better than it looked in the pictures. It was clean, convenient, and easy to find in what seems to be a quiet neighborhood. There are several restaurants and resources close by. We were very comfortable there during our stay and I would highly suggest it to anyone, especially for the very reasonable price. Thank you for making us feel at home while we were traveling!“

„Place was beautiful with great view of the lake.“
