Alarm was very easy to use, we used it, but it didn't feel "necessary".Clean, pretty well stocked kitchen. Stove/oven worked great!! Bathrooms clean, showers nice. Plenty of hot water. Pleasant back yard with a covered area. Cost was comparable to the 2 hotel rooms we would have needed. Communication with the host was almost instantaneous. Check in and out was seamless.
