„We had a great visit to the farmhouse. The house is very clean and has a great layout for a larger family with kids. Plenty of space to be together and not feel cramped. Our hosts were responsive and helpful. We loved being outside, the yard is large with outdoor games for fun. We stargazed at night and ate all our meals on the deck. The trailheads are down the road. We really enjoyed exploring Nicholson Hollow with our kids. We are looking forward to coming again!“

„Anyone used to camping will probably enjoy this but it wasn’t the case for us. We usually stay at hotels but thought we’d try this since the pictures looked nice and reviews were good. Overall setting didn’t seem as nice as the pictures, and the space was smaller than we anticipated. This was more like “trailer in the backyard” than “cabin in the woods”, but again, it might just be due to the fact that camping is not our thing. Staff was attentive and room was clean.“

„Stayed here for a weekend while hiking Old Rag in Shenandoah. Cozy little place that was well equipped with all the amenities we needed! It's conveniently located close to Shenandoah as well as plenty of vineyards. Would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we're in the area!“

„property was beautifully designed.lovely hot tub towels.but the lack of cleanliness throughout took away from our enjoyment of the aesthetics.upon arrival I had to clean the microwave and oven, both of which were filthy. we were asked to walk about the house without shoes, and were surprised to see how filthy our socks and feet were at that. one bathroom trash can had garbage in it when we arrived, and another bathroom trash can didn't have an insert at all, the trash just kind of falls through ...
