„There wasn’t house keeping or much service for hotel guests. The rooms are thin walled but are ok, the hot springs are underwhelming. Beautiful area, the resort was just average“

„Excellent location, a beautiful setting with great amenities and access to everything Incline Village and Lake Tahoe has to offer. To pick one fault however, it was the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and properties. Upon arrival, we found food crumbs and popcorn on the bedroom floor. We had a 6 night stay and did not receive housekeeping one time - we had to visit the front desk to request additional toilet paper and fresh towels (family of 5). The unit was clean and comfortable, the potty areas for pets around the complex were abundant, and the manager was very pleasant. Our son enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and basketball court.“
