„We have a fishing vacation every year. Our trip got canceled and we booked this one. Nice cabin, easy to get to the lake and in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the stay! “

„Great little cabin by the river. Enjoyed a nice campfire by the river and east access to lake Red Rock “

„We had a great time here! The walking path to the beach was nice, but it was getting a little over grown the farther we went in, but easy to find and follow. The beach had some weeds as well, but the dogs enjoyed cooling off in the water. The ticks were bad, but thats expected. The dogs are treated, but we forgot our bug spray. Fortunately we were able to drive about 10min into tien to the bp gas station and purchase some. Overall, it was nice, quiet area for a weekend away.“

„We had a great weekend relaxing and playing in the water. The cabins were so clean. There was a great variety of water toys for the whole family to enjoy. The kids loved the paddle boat, kayaks and the pool noodles. We spent a lot of time together jumping off the docks and floating around. The fire pit area was wonderful.“

„We had a fabulous time at the hen house!!! There are not sufficient words to describe our experience. Cinnamon rolls, fresh eggs and meeting all of the animals on the farm entertained all of us. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay at the Hen House!“

„Would highly recommend for any group looking to stay near Lake Rathbun. This property was the perfect spot for our 8 couples to stay comfortably with some privacy. The property manager was incredibly helpful and accommodating to ensure we had a positive experience. Incredible experience all around!“

„The house has a very large open living room upstairs, plenty of bedrooms for us. The backyard is large, although most of it fairly steep slope towards the lake. The lake was up several feet when we stayed, so the beach in the photos was under water. Pella is a 7-8 minute drive away. Overall we liked the property.“
