„Moved our kiddo into TTU and spent 4 days here. We had a slight plumbing issue our last night and called Gary (the owner) that evening and he helped us out ASAP!!! He had a plumber out the next day and found the plumbing had an issue with the city mostly but resolved it quickly for us! Highly recommend this place so cute and charming. Had every amenity needed and Gary was the best! “

„This property was absolutely perfect for move in weekend. Not far from campus and the garage was big enough for my daughter's fully loaded RAV4 - we could leave stuff in the car overnight and not worry about it being broken into. The beds were super comfortable and the sheets were sooooo soft! It had everything we needed - but the big bonus for us was the garage.“

„The property was a great fit for the group that we had. The house had great accommodations, bathrooms, beds, etc., along with the porch/covering in the front of the house. The view of the lake and location to the marina was superb as well. Overall, worth every penny.“
