The layout of the house was great and being a single story layout made everything convenient. I especially enjoyed the kitchen with the coffee nook. The neighborhood is conveniently located close to downtown and UT’s campus even during rush hour traffic, right off Chapman Hwy but you feel like you’re out in the country with all of the mature trees and the little pond nearby. You can’t even hear traffic noise because it’s drowned out by pleasant cricket music. This house would be IDEAL to book for a football weekend or other multi-day visit to UT as it sleeps up to 4 ...

„We Loved our stay here. We were in the area for our daughter’s wedding and this place was super convenient. The cabin was super clean and nicely decorated. My only regret was that we weren’t able to spend more time there and enjoy the amenities such as the beautiful creek, which you can hear babbling in the master bedroom with a window cracked just slightly!
