„This was a last minute Labor Day weekend reservation. The home was exactly what we were looking for, relaxation and fun on the lake. Barry was very responsive to our inquiries and even had the house ready for us to check in early. There was plenty of room for us to dock our 2 jet skis. The home was clean and comfortable, the lake was beautiful and the neighbors friendly. We had a great experience.“

„We had a wonderful week long stay at the Boathouse on Evans Lake. We had 18 people from ages 12 to 82. The owner, Bill, is great! He was very friendly and helpful. He had called me a couple days before our stay to tell me that we wouldn’t be able to bring our boats because there was an issue with the boat launch. „This very clean, comfortable, modern suite with lots of amenities is part of a house with a spectacular view of Lake Erie. No other houses obstruct that view. Windows in the living room and sunroom are perfect for watching sunrises. Visitors can only walk on the portion of the seawall across this one property; the remainder of the seawall along the shore in that area is private.
