„Absolutely loved this location. It was a quick walk in either direction, Mass St or KU Campus. We came for Crimson and Blue day at KU and this was the perfect place to stay for our family of three. The rooms were super cute and the whole apartment was colorful and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was a breeze and entry into the bldg & apartment was simple. Communication was prompt and thorough. We would happily stay here again for our next visit to Lawrence. “

„I had a very comfortable stay. The place is decorated nicely, the beds are comfortable, and it’s located in a great neighborhood but still quiet. (There is construction across the street but I couldn’t really hear it. It’s also far from the bedrooms so my sleep was not impacted at all.) Additional pluses: ample parking in back and blackout curtains. “

„We LOVED this property. It looks so cute and spacious in the pictures and it did not disappoint! We spent all of our time on the third floor balcony which was comfy and a beautiful natural setting. We enjoyed the friendly neighborhood and the history. Beds comfortable, clean and well appointed bathroom and an efficient kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!“

„Great location and the place was amazingly clean. Easy walk to downtown and while there is noise, it is much better than staying directly downtown. The only change that would make this place more perfect is a chest of drawers in the bedrooms (even a small bedside size would be great) as there is limited storage for non-hanging clothing. Would definitely stay here again!“

„Great little 2 bed apartment on a lovely little college town street. So much older architecture to see there. Beds were comfortable, and living space was sufficient. We even had enough hot water for 4 girls and one bathroom! Parking was not an issue, especially if you use the alley. “

„This was a dream spot for KC. The property was just outside of the city but was quaint and quiet as if we were an hour outside of town. The view is so perfect for a night on the rooftop to catch up and the hot tob was ideal after many hours of travel. Jessica was so friendly, easy to contact, and quick to respond. Check in and check out were so easy! Would recommend every time!“
